Forum Rules

1. General Rules are mandatory for all participants. Ignorance of these rules does not relieve the responsibility for their violation.
2. The relationship between participants of the forum should be based on mutual respect.
3. An adequate, reasonable opinion is welcome. Entries not complying with this rule may be removed by the forum administrator. Breach of this rule will result in a ban.
4. A message should be relevant for the subject topic or in some way interfere with it. Entries not complying with this rule will be removed.
5. Before posting a message, or creating a new topic, please, use the search engine and make sure that this information was not posted on the forum before. Duplicate topics will be moved into the existing topics or deleted without warning.
6. The common language of the forum is Russian. The proper orthography in messages is welcome. Messages containing abundance of words and phrases, deliberately distortion of the language will be deleted (or amended) by the forum administrator. Users, who persistently distort the language, will be warned and banned.
7. Information taken from any source must be accompanied with a reference to the source. Posts not complying with this rule will be removed. News should be published with the online link to the original.
8. There may be internal rules in any sub-forum.
9. It is forbidden to have more than one account or registered nickname. One may not use the registration nicknames or names that belong to famous people. The information will be checked, and improper nicknames will be removed.
   • As for nickname registration the administration pays particular attention to the use of any spelling variations of the club’s name (Триратна or Triratna), as well as words "Черная Пантера" or "Black Panther", and reserves the right to suggest or change one’s nickname or delete one’s account without explanation.
   • One may not use a nickname in numbers and words that fall under the articles of the law of Ukraine on extremism, promote racial, ethnic and religious intolerance, and similar formulations. One will be required to change the nickname.
10. Posts with flood, and/or consisting only of smiley and/or same punctuation marks, and/or unjustified approval or disapproval of previous posts are prohibited.
11. Unreasonable threat or insult of the forum members or other people, who are not registered on the forum, is prohibited. Such messages will be deleted. Repeated infringement will result in a ban.
12. Advertising and self-promotion are prohibited. Such messages will be deleted. Repeated infringement will result in a ban.
13. It is forbidden to post messages that fall under the laws of Ukraine on extremism, promote racial, ethnic and religious intolerance, and similar formulations. Such messages will be deleted. Repeated infringement will result in a ban.
14. All discussions on political issues that arise during the discussions on the forum are strictly moderated. This is not a political forum; therefore, one has to refrain from starting such topics on this forum.
15. A profile picture should not break any law of Ukraine. If it does, one will be asked to change his/her profile picture; otherwise the account will be deleted.
16. Messages containing links to pictures or videos of erotic orientation are prohibited and will be deleted. Repeated infringement will result in a warning and a ban.
17. The Rules are used by the forum administration to moderate all topics and messages of any visitor of the forum. The forum administration reserves the right to interpret these rules in its own way.

Disagreement with the actions of moderators and administrators may be sent at the e-mail of the forum administration.

Criticism and discussion of the administrators’ action on the forum are prohibited.
